Thank you for choosing AL SR Shopping. We partner with premier regional and international logistics networks to ensure your orders are delivered securely, reliably, and as quickly as possible. This policy details our shipping options, processing timelines, and delivery conditions.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are subjected to a processing and packing window before being handed off to our courier partners.

Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Sunday through Thursday).

Cutoff Times: Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing on the following business day.

Weekend & Holiday Dispatch: Please note that our fulfillment centers do not dispatch shipments on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be prioritized the next business day.

2. Shipping Tiers & Delivery Estimates

We offer three distinct shipping speeds depending on your destination and urgency. Delivery estimates begin from the date the package is marked as "Shipped" by our carriers.

3. Mandatory Regional Address Requirements

To comply with the latest transport regulatory frameworks (including the Transport General Authority regulations), all deliveries require a precise address format.

Important Note for Deliveries: When checking out, you must provide your exact building number, street name, district, and Short Address Code / Postal Code. Logistics networks are legally required to reject or return shipments that lack a verified national address format.

4. International Shipping, Customs, & Duties

AL SR Shopping offers cross-border shipping across selected international corridors.

Customs Tracking: International orders pass through the appropriate digital clearance channels (such as FASAH and ZATCA protocols).

Duties and Taxes Threshold: Orders below a specific threshold (e.g., 1,000 SAR or local currency equivalent) generally clear customs smoothly with a flat administrative fee. Orders exceeding this limit may attract standard regional customs duties and value-added tax (15% VAT or local regional equivalents), which are calculated at checkout or billed by the carrier upon entry.

Identification Requirements: For high-value or cross-border personal shipments, your carrier may contact you via SMS or email to securely verify your National ID, Resident ID (Iqama), or Commercial Record (CR) to authorize customs release.

5. Shipment Tracking

The moment your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your Tracking Number and a direct link to the courier's live tracking portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking data to update.

6. Delivery Exceptions and Issues

Delays: While we strive to meet all delivery windows, unexpected delays can happen due to customs holding, extreme weather conditions, or local courier volume spikes. We will proactively notify you via email if your package faces a significant delay.

Wrong Address Provided: AL SR Shopping is not responsible for lost packages if the customer provided incorrect or incomplete shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, reshipping fees will be charged to the customer.

Damaged or Missing Packages: If your tracking history states your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at delivery@alsrshopping.com.

Corporate Oversight: AL SR Shopping functions under the operational excellence standards of the AL SR Group. We continuously monitor carrier transit speeds, custom exceptions, and performance matrices to maintain an error rate under 0.5%.
