1. Accepted Payment Methods

◽Alternative Payment Systems: Local debit networks (such as Mada for transactions within Saudi Arabia or UPI/RuPay for transactions within India) where applicable at checkout.

◽Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL): Select installment options may be available at checkout via our authorized third-party finance partners, subject to credit approval.

◽Note on Cash on Delivery (COD): If COD is available in your delivery zone, a nominal service fee may apply. Cash on Delivery orders may require a mobile OTP (One-Time Password) verification before dispatch.

2. Payment Security & Data Protection

3. Currency and Pricing

◽Local Currency Display: Prices displayed on the Platform may adjust based on your geolocation.

◽Conversion Rates: If you are purchasing internationally, the final amount charged to your card will be converted by your card issuer or bank into your local currency. AL SR Shopping is not responsible for any foreign transaction fees or currency conversion discrepancies applied by your financial institution.

◽Duties and Taxes: Applicable value-added taxes (VAT), sales taxes, or import duties will be calculated and displayed during the checkout sequence before you finalize your order.

4. Billing & Authorization

◽Instant Authorization: When you place an order, your payment method will be immediately authorized for the total order value.

◽Order Fulfillment: The actual capture/deduction of funds occurs upon order confirmation. If an item in your order is found to be out of stock before dispatch, that specific portion of the authorization will be voided, and you will not be charged.

◽Invoicing: A digital invoice and payment receipt will be sent directly to your registered email address as soon as the transaction is successfully completed.

5. Disputed Charges and Chargebacks

We believe in open communication. If you notice any billing discrepancy or an unauthorized charge associated with an AL SR Shopping order, please contact our support team immediately at billing@alsrshopping.com.

We commit to investigating and resolving billing inquiries within 48 hours. We kindly request that you reach out to us directly before initiating a formal chargeback with your bank, as direct resolutions are significantly faster.
