Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at AL SR Shopping. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and certificates attached.

You must provide the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. These include intimate apparel, swimwear, cosmetics/perishable items, and items purchased on a designated "Final Sale."

3. The Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1.  Submit a Request

      Takes 2-3 mins

       Log into your account on our website/app, go to your                     orders, and select "Request Return." Alternatively, email our         team at returns@alsrshopping.com with your order number         and reason for the return.

2.      Receive Review & Shipping Label

         Within 24-48 Hours

         Once approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise                 Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label           via email.

3.     Pack and Ship

        Drop off at courier

        Securely package the item in its original box. Secure the              provided shipping label to the outside of the package and            drop it off at the designated courier location.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item at our fulfillment center, our team will inspect it. We will immediately notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer).

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount unless the return is due to an AL SR Shopping error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you receive a damaged or defective item and need a direct exchange for the exact same product, please contact us immediately.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Note on International Shipping: If AL SR Shopping ships internationally (for example, between India and the Middle East), cross-border returns may incur customs duties or longer processing windows. Ensure your logistics team updates these delivery windows as you scale.
